Open Educational Resources created for Cedec must follow some common formatting guidelines. These guidelines may be adapted for specific content, but their core elements may not be altered.

What must be taken into account when creating a resource?

  • The heading must be clear and make reference to the whole project.
  • The structure must include and identify the basic sections.
  • The contents must be original or have a license that permits their use.
  • Written texts must be clear, concise, and geared towards the tasks and activities.
  • All texts must be written in the first-person plural.
  • Embedded images and materials must have the right size and include the proper reference.
  • Links must work and direct to original materials.
  • The information in the "Properties" section must be complete.
  • The materials must meet accessibility requirements.
  • The resource's license type must be clearly identified.
